Sensory Profile: The wine appears a garnet-rimmed ruby red, then offers varietally-faithful aromas of morello cherry and wild red berry fruit. Firmly-structured and lightly tannic, it also displays a velvet-smooth mouthfeel.
Food Pairing: It is delicious with red meats and game.

Vinification: Gentle pressing of the grapes, then a lengthy, submerged-cap maceration and cool-temperature fermentation. The wine matured 6-8 months in 40hl oak botti, then a further period in the bottle.
Soil Profile: Medium-textured.
Training System: Vertical trellised, Guyot.
Vineyard Yield: 120 q/ha.
Harvest Period: Vineyard Yield: Mid to late October.
Comments: Released three years after the harvest.

Sensory Profile: A deep ruby red with garnet highlights, it is marked by rich aromas of wild berry fruit and subtle notes of vanilla. Smooth and warm in the mouth, it features superb structure, delicate balance, and long-lingering aromas and flavours.
Food Pairing: It is an ideal partner to full-flavoured fare, including game, red meat, and aged cheeses.

Vinification: The grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed, then the must macerates 15-20 days on the skins at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C. Following the fermentation, the wine matures for 12-18 months in 5-10hl tonneaux, then an additional 6-8 months in the bottle.
Vineyard: Cerano Estate (340 metres’ elevation), in Valle Peligna, Vittorito.
Soil Profile: Medium-textured, tending to clay.
Training System: Vertical trellised, spurred cordon.
Vineyard Yield: 90 q/ha.
Harvest Period: Hand-harvested in the last week in October – beginning of November.
Cellarability: 5-8 years
Comments: Released in the fourth year following harvest.

Sensory Profile: The wine appears a garnet-flecked deep ruby-red, then offers varietally-faithful scents of sweet violets and pungent underbrush. An elegant, velvet-smooth palate displays sturdy structure and perfectly-calibrated tannins.
Food Pairing:  It is styled to accompany full-flavoured dishes, such as game, red meats, and aged cheeses.

Vinification:  Gentle pressing of the grapes, then a lengthy, submerged-cap maceration and cool-temperature fermentation. The wine matured 12-18 months in 40hl Slavonian oak botti, then a further three months in the bottle.
Vineyard: The Morello hill (300 metres’ elevation) in the commune of Vittorito.
Soil Profile: Sandy-clay, organically-rich soils.
Training System: Vertical trellised spurred cordon.
Vineyard Yield: 100-110 q/ha.
Harvest Period:  Mid to late October.
Comments: The wine is released three years after harvest.
Serving Temperature: 18°C (64 F)
